Co-ed Beginner Golf Clinic 2026

Learn and be ready to play golf in 2026! This is a 10 week course for ALL beginner golfers. If you are just starting and have only played a few times or have never touched a club before and want to learn this is the clinic for you! No previous knowledge or experience is required. If you need a rental set of golf clubs, they will be provided for you to participate in the clinic. This 10 week course will build off each other week to week. It is designed to go over many components of the game of golf and leave you with an understanding and confidence to play golf! If you are unable to make it to all 10 weeks, I will do my best to fill you in on weeks you miss. However, there will be no reschedule of any of these clinics.

Cost: $400 if you sign up for all 10; or $50 per clinic.

What you will receive: 10 hours of detailed instruction! A fun learning environment to engage in a new hobby. A detailed book covering all 10 weeks of topics we went over. Access to training aids and golf equipment to enhance learning ability.

Wednesday January 14th 2-3pm @ SunRiver Why Play Golf? Discover what the game of golf can bring to your life. The basic fundamental approach to starting golf the right way. Grip, stance, posture.

Wednesday January 21st 2-3pm @ SunRiver Balance and alignment the key fundamentals to ensure success in the game.

Wednesday January 28th 16th 2-3pm @ SunRiver Practice Facility. Find YOUR Swing! What is the golf swing? Begin understanding how to find your swing.

Wednesday February 4th 2-3pm @ SunRiver Practice Facility. Contact, how to feel the weight of the clubhead to make contact with irons.

Wednesday February 11th 2-3pm @ SunRiver Practice Facility. Basics of Putting. What is it? Grip, set-up, motion.

Wednesday February 18th 2-3pm @ SunRiver Practice Facility. Ball striking with irons! How to repeat our swing more consistently! Routine and motion consistency.

Wednesday February 25th 2-3pm @ SunRiver Practice Facility. Chipping fundamentals. What is it? How to approach around the greens: Stance, ball position, motion.Wednesday March 4th 2-3pm @ Sunriver Practice Facility. Pitching fundamentals, what club to use and how to approach different shots around the greens.

Wednesday March 11th 2-3pm @ SunRiver Practice Facility. Hybrids/Woods, making contact with longer clubs. Contact drills and set-up keys for consistency.

Wednesday March 18th 2-3pm @ SunRiver Practice Facility. Getting off the Tee! Drivers, set-up, motion and speed.
